2017 Oct 30

The Cedar Crest College cross country team finished fourth at the Colonial States Athletic Conference Championship meet hosted by Cabrini University held at Cheslen Preserve on Saturday morning.

"Overall, the team ran really well," commented Head Coach Alec Duncan. "Everyone stuck to the plan and I feel like the improvements we've made as a team really showed today. It was great for Angelina to get the individual win. Amy had a great individual performance. Tiff and Britt came up big in the team scoring and helped solidify our 4th place team finish. I'm really proud of all of the ladies on the team and excited to see what they can do at Regionals in two weeks."

Junior Angelina Biondo (Pen Argyl, Pa./Pen Argyl) was named CSAC All-Conference 1st after finishing first in the race with a time of 24:51.5.
