Sarah Groves Selected as a Resident Assistant at Cedar Crest College

Sarah Groves was selected as a Resident Assistant for the 2017-2018 school year.

Resident Assistants at Cedar Crest College help build community on campus, provide leadership to their peers and plan fun programs for their floors of residents. In addition, RAs provide structure and support for resident students, promote safety of the halls, enforce policies and help resolve conflict. Furthermore, RAs act as role models to the residents as they balance their RA responsibilities with their class work and co-curricular activities. RAs learn and develop excellent skills while in the position, such as effective communication, time management and conflict mediation.
